La Senza Beauty Sweepstakes Complete Official Rules:

1. The Enter the La Senza Beauty Sweepstakes for a chance to win a daily Beauty giveaway (“contest”) is sponsored by La Senza Corporation (the “Contest Sponsor”) and begins Thursday, March 4th, 2010 12:01AM EST and ends Wednesday, March 31st, 2010, 11:59 PM EST. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. To enter: Log onto http://lasenza.com/contest, and complete the online ballot in full. Entries made with multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times in one day will be deemed invalid, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. As part of the contest entry process, entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

3. The prize consists of the following:

• one (1) of twenty-eight (28) $100 La Senza Beauty shopping sprees. The shopping spree will be awarded in the form of a pre-paid La Senza gift card redeemable for La Senza Beauty products and all other La Senza merchandise sold at any La Senza, La Senza Express, and La Senza Outlet store across Canada and/or online at www.lasenza.com.

4. The twenty-eight prize winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on or around Friday, April 2nd, 2010, at the La Senza Head Office in Dorval. If any selected entrant cannot be reached within 10 days or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected. The winners may be required to execute a release prior to receiving the prizes.

5. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.

6. The odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received daily by the contest closing date.

7. The selected winners will be notified by email or telephone and arrangements will be made then for delivery of the prize.

8. The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who are over the age of 18 at the time of entry excluding those employees of La Senza Corporation, their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they domiciled.

9. La Senza Corporation is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries. Entries are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules. By entering the contest, participants agree that they have not purchased internet services for the purpose of entering this contest. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. The winners and participants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless La Senza Corporation its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, use, loss or misdirection of any prize, or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest , or any other error in the offering or announcement of any prize. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If it is discovered in the ordinary course of running the Contest that one person has attempted to enter more than once per day, that person will be disqualified from the Contest. La Senza Corporation also reserves the right to disqualify such participants from further contests conducted by La Senza Corporation without further notice. La Senza Corporation, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest in the event of any accident, administrative or other error of any kind. No responsibility will be taken for any failure of the website during the contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or internet entry to be received by La Senza Corporation on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. La Senza Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of La Senza Corporation corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

10. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

11. Submission of an entry grants La Senza Corporation the right in perpetuity to reproduce, publish, use, edit, adapt, and modify the entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without compensation to the entrant. Submission of an entry further constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to La Senza Corporation any and all rights, title, and interest in the entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights, and to use entrants' names, image on videotape, hometowns, or likenesses and biographies, without compensation, for advertising or publicity purposes (except where prohibited by law) in connection with the Contest.

12. By submitting personal information to La Senza Corporation, participants consent to La Senza Corporation’s collection, use and disclosure of such personal information for the purposes: (1) of administering and publicizing the Contest; (2) set out in these Official Rules; (3) of detecting and protecting La Senza Corporation, its affiliates, and other third parties against error and fraud and other illegal activity; and (4) as otherwise disclosed to you and for which we obtain your consent and as permitted or required by law. To the extent that a participant provides La Senza Corporation with personal information of another person, such participant represents that he or she has the authority and/or has obtained all necessary consents from such person to enable La Senza Corporation to collect, use and disclose such personal information for the purposes set forth above.

13. By entering the contest, entrants release and hold harmless La Senza Corporation, its advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, contest suppliers representatives, successors and assigns (collective the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize.

14. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. No cash substitutes. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever, of the activation prizes.

15. QUEBEC: For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
