Want to change the shipping address for an order that you've already placed? So long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process, it's easy to do. Please contact one of our customer service representatives.

If you do not have any open orders and simply want to delete an address or edit an address for future use, click the "Address book" link in My Account. Once you've signed in using the e-mail address and password associated with your account, click either the Edit button or the Delete button above the address you want to change or remove. Please note that any changes you make will apply only to orders that you place in the future.

You may also add a new address on the "Address book" page by clicking the button labeled "Enter a new address."

Address Accuracy
Make sure you get your stuff! Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment. Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors.
