Delivery dates are approximate and according to the carrier.
You can check the tracking information available in My Account by clicking "View orders" and selecting the appropriate order listed. Please check this information and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Our carriers offer signature-required deliveries, so if you are not present or somebody else at the shipping address, a delivery notice will be left for you. A second attempt will be done and if not successful then the notice will indicate where to retrieve your package.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If you cannot locate the package and it hasn't been returned as undeliverable, please email us.
