In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed.

Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.

If your order has not entered the shipping process you can change your shipping address, shipping method and billing address. You can also change the color or size of your items.

For security reason we cannot accept changes to the method of payment or add any new items to your order.
