Thank you for shopping with La Senza; we hope you love your purchase.
If you don’t, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To be accepted for a refund, returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn, unwashed, unused with tags attached, or defective.
Please note that each order must be returned separately. Combining items from multiple orders into a single return package may result in items not being eligible for a refund.
Additionally, all items being returned must be clearly listed on the return form included with your package. Any items not disclosed on the form will not be refunded.
Gift Cards and Club La Senza Membership cannot be returned.
Outlet & Clearance merchandise
All purchases of outlet and clearance merchandise are considered final sale. No exchanges and returns.

For your convenience, merchandise purchased at Lasenza.ca is eligible for free returns to any La Senza store in Canada. Returns are not accepted in outlet stores. Shipping fees are not refundable. **We are currently experiencing technical issues with our returns system and are unable to generate return labels at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. - A copy of your shipping receipt

SHIPPING
Thanks for shopping with us. All purchases of full-price merchandise and sale merchandise totaling $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. In the event you need to make a return, $9 will be subtracted from your return to cover the cost of shipping. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note that we are unable to ship to any commercial and freight forwarder addresses.
Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days).
Delivery schedules are estimate and vary depending on shipping locations. For all delivery options, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping to rural areas and an additional 2-4 business days for shipping to areas categorized as beyond points.
