La Senza is excited to offer a new delivery option for Canadian customers – Ship to Store! La Senza Ship to Store is fast and free* (* free on orders over $25)!

Follow these simple steps:

  1. During checkout on, select “Ship to Store” option on the Shipping Page and select your preferred pickup location from the Store Finder
  2. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  3. Check your tracking information and once your order is delivered, head to the store to pick up your items (Please allow an additional 24 hours after the item is delivered before heading to the store).

Ship to Store FAQ’s

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Typically orders will arrive in the store within 3-4 business days after purchase. Use your tracking information from your shipping confirmation email to confirm pickup availability.

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold it up to 30 days from the time you receive the confirmation email.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?

After the 30-day mark, your order will be returned and your original method of payment refunded. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Just make sure they are listed as the pickup person during checkout and have both their government-issued photo ID and your confirmation email (printed or email version is fine).

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Head to the main sales counter and provide your order details to the La Senza associate.

How much does it cost to ship my order to a store?

If your order total is below $25, shipping is $4.99. If your order is over $25, shipping is Free!

Can I select certain items to pick up and have others shipped?

No – at this time you can’t split your shipment.

When will my credit card be charged?

A hold is placed once you complete the order but your card isn't charged until the items are shipped.

Can I cancel my order pickup?

Yes - Just call our Customer Support (1-888-527-3692) for assistance. (your order will be automatically cancelled if you don't pick it up after 30 days.)

Can I return pickup items at the store?

Yes - Any associate can help you process the return, just bring the confirmation email.

Is my item valid for return within 30 days of when I placed the order OR when I pick up?

The 30-day return policy begins on the date that your order is placed.

Can I use a gift card as a form of payment for my Ship to Store purchase?

Yes – there are no restrictions on payment types for La Senza Ship to Store.
