Duties & Taxes
eShopWorld will collect your Duties during Checkout. If your country participates in eShopWorld, we'll automatically direct you to eShopWorld's Checkout. We'll calculate all applicable import charges (VAT, duties and/or taxes) at that time. Please select your country from the country selection drop down found at the top of our website.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when you place your order. eShopWorld determines foreign exchange rates, based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would, otherwise, apply in an e-commerce transaction. We'll bill you for your full order amount when you place your order. Payment methods vary by destination; depending on your "Ship To" country.
Please note, we are unable to accept your La Senza Gift Cards as forms of payment on eShopWorld international orders. Gift Cards are not available for purchase on eShopWorld orders.

All eShopWorld international orders are processed through Standard Delivery Service and will be delivered in approximately 6-10 days from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Orders shipping to the United States have the additional option for Express Delivery and will be delivered in approximately 2-4 days from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Transit times are expressed in business days, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit time measurements exclude shipments delayed by exceptions caused by customs delays, weather, invalid address provided and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns must be postmarked no later than 60 days after the original purchase date.
- Online exchanges are not available at this time.
- Online refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
- Merchandise purchased online from all categories and price points may be returned or exchanged. However, merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed will not be accepted.
- Returned merchandise must be in their original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.
- Club La Senza cards cannot be returned.
What you'll need: Your order number and email address
To receive a refund, CLICK HERE to log into the eShopWorld Returns Service Portal using your email address and order number, and select the merchandise you are returning.
Print your unique, bar-coded return label from either the Returns Service Portal or your Return Request confirmation email.
Box up your merchandise with your completed Return form.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping any merchandise you wish to return to our return center.
Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service.
eShopWorld will send an email when your package arrives at its return center for verification and refund processing.
Please note, refunds are subject to verification. Please allow us up to 14 days to process of your request from the time eShopWorld receives it.
About the European Union (EU) Consumer Right of Return and Refund ("Cooling Off Period"): You have the right to withdraw from your purchase at any time up to 14 days after you receive your last merchandise. If you wish to do so:
Visit the eShopWorld Returns Service Portal and select "Cancel Order."
You are responsible for shipping cost to the Return Center.
eShopWorld will confirm your Cancellation Request with an email; it will send a second email when your package arrives at its Return Center for verification and refund processing.
Look for your refund of the merchandise cost and any applicable duties and taxes within 14 business days..
Please note at this time we are unable to accept in store returns for orders using eShopWorld.
Duty Drawback is available IF AND ONLY IF
- Shopper returns goods because they were damaged, incorrect, or any issue La Senza is responsible for;. OR
- Shopper claims European Union Consumer Right of Return and Refund (described above).
Duty drawback is only available in the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Cost of goods, shipping, duties and taxes will be refunded if package is returned as non-deliverable (i.e. carrier unable to deliver to address provided.)
