Thank you for shopping with La Senza! We hope you're thrilled with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags still attached, and free from defects.
Outlet & Clearance Items: All purchases of outlet and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Return Your Order

You can return online purchases within 30 days of purchase by post. Simply include your original receipt for a refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. You can initiate your return through our return portal here. An RMA will need to provided and You can track the progress of your return using the carrier of your choice.
