Thank you for shopping with La Senza; we hope you love your purchase.

If you don’t, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To be accepted for a refund, returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn, unwashed, unused with tags attached, or defective.** A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing the return back into our system.

Please note that each order must be returned separately. Combining items from multiple orders into a single return package may result in items not being eligible for a refund.

Additionally, all items being returned must be clearly listed on the return form included with your package. Any items not disclosed on the form will not be refunded.
