    Sooo disappointed

    La Senza is my go to brand for more that 15 years now. Yet in the last 3 years things changed.... drastically and dramatically. I used to enjoy opening a stylish black shopping bags, carefully folding apart the pink soft paper before I was touching the products that I was gifting myself with.... and it was a celebration. When I received the black DLH plastic bag on my door mat, tore it open and inside crammed in a corner where the 2 products I ordered. It all looked cheap, as some bare second hand leftovers and I could only feel a profound disrespect and frugality in this act. Customer experience is meaning nothing anymore. Most certainly the people that touched and handled my products were not aware of their value, not proud enough of them and definitely fell short of convincing me of their respect and consideration. Product is advertised as: "an intricate lace pattern on the wing, and bow details for an instant feminine feel" Reality in my hands was in a stark contrast!!. And there were $140 involved after all!! Unfortunately this experience is not singular. It is so sad to notice how quality of service went downhill lately. I wonder if the client experience in the Far and Middle East, where La Senza is present, is comparable to the one I witness here in the USA? Because when I used to shop in those parts of the world in La Senza, it was a pure joy experience....
